• Average patietns per day 12-16
• 24mo of case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
• Procedures- Infusion and Medical Oncology/Hematology, Bone Marrow BIopsy
• Working solo- Yes
• License required at time of present
• EMR EPIC
• AK- DEA, BLS or ACLS or PALS
• Additional comments- Infusion and medical oncology/Hematology 

• Schedule Details - 8hr shift
• Approval through 3/30/27
• 8am-5pm with a 1 hr lunch break. 
• 5 days per month, remote inbox coverage
