Position: Locum Tenens Urologist

Start Date: ASAP (Part-Time Block Coverage) / June 8, 2026 (Full-Time Ongoing Requisition)
Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 Days
Schedule & Clinical Workload Structure
?Option 1: Part-Time / Block Coverage Need
- Volume Expectation: 10–12 days per month (seeking candidates with both weekday and weekend availability)
- Weekly Schedule: 3 Clinic Days per week + Scheduled OR Block Time + Associated Call
- Call Coverage: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) — Solo Urologist on call with APP backup support
Option 2: Full-Time Practice Model (Start Date: June 8, 2026)
- Schedule Pattern:
- Clinic Days: 3 full days per week (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; 1 out of the 3 days dedicated to in-office procedures)
- OR Block Days: 2 days per week dedicated OR block time
- Call Commitment: 3–4 days of call per month
- In-Office Procedures: Cystoscopies, fusion prostate biopsies, bladder biopsies, urodynamic testing (UDS), etc.
- Clinic Team & Support: 1 MD, 3 Physician Assistants (PA-C), 1 RN, and 8 Medical Assistants (MAs)
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Urology
- Licensure: Active Washington State Medical License or active IMLC (Compact) license
- Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ABLS certifications
