Electrophysiology Locum Opportunity in Washington

Facility is looking for 1 Electrophysiology Cardiologist to provide full-time coverage. 

Schedule/Availability Requirements: 

Start: as soon as credentialed, credentialing can take up to 90 days

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, some weekends- 

If provider is working 24 hour weekend call, they will be covering General Cardiology Call.

Setting: Outpatient clinic, some inpatient, some weekend call 

Duties: EP procedures, EP service, clinic visits, see new consults, follow-ups and transfer of care patients.

Required Procedures: afib ablations, device implants (high and low voltage), SVT ablations, etc

EMR: Epic

FTE: 1.0

Support Staff: MA, APP, Device RN's.

Reason for coverage: Backfilling for vacant position

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: 60-90 days

Board Certification: BC [Highly Preferred] or BE[Required]

• State License – WA license[Highly Preferred or IMLC with LOQ uploaded[Required]
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Electrophysiology [Required]
• Other Certifications – ACLS, BLS, DEA [Required] during credentialing
• Malpractice – Clean [Highly Preferred]
