- 10/30(am)-11/2(am)
- 11/13(am)-11/16(am)
- 11/28(am)-12/2(am)
- 12/21(am)-12/28(am)
- 12/29(am)-1/1(am)
- Setting: Interventional Cardiology/Rounding for vacations
- Duties: Rounding when covering for IC FTE vacations
- FTE: Per Diem
- Required Procedures: Coronary Angiogram, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Stent Placement
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff:
- Reason for Coverage: Gap in IC coverage and vacation coverage
- Patients per day: 10

- Board Certification: BC Interventional Cardiology [REQUIRED]
- State License: WA[Highly Preferred] will accept IMCL, LOQ must be uploaded [Required]
- Interventional Cardiology Fellowship – [REQUIRED]
- Malpractice – Clean [Highly Preferred]
