Descriptions : A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity is available to provide ongoing outpatient clinic coverage while the organization recruits a permanent physician. The practice offers a true value-based care model with no fee-for-service structure, no RVU requirements, no call responsibilities, and no after-hours charting. Opportunities are available for locum tenens, locum-to-hire, or permanent placement.

- Average daily patient volume: 8–16 patients
Clinical Requirements
Specialty Experience

- Diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions
- Management of chronic medical conditions
- Preventive medicine and wellness care
- Care coordination and specialty referrals
- Interpretation of diagnostic testing
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives
