Neuro Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in Oregon

• Specialty: Vascular (Neurology) 
• Start Date: 12/07/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks 
• Shift Details: 24-hour Call 
• Schedule: Unrestricted 24 hour call – This position is strictly call and will only report if they are called in and then follow up with rounding the following morning as necessary

Work Details: 

• Support staff: will work with hospitalists and other specialty disciplines to provide neurology consultations
• Amount of coverage needed per month: TBD
• Patients per day: Varies 
• Patient population/age: Adults & Geriatrics 
• Number of Patient Beds: Neuro Floor – 36 beds, OHVI – 36 beds, ICU – 36 beds
• EMR: EPIC (Proficient User) 
• Skills required: Rounding, NeuroInterventional consults, stroke consults, NeuroInterventional Procedures. 

Practice Setting: 

• Hospital (Inpatient) 

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Yes, Neurology 
• License required: Yes, State of OR
• Certifications required: TBD
• Applicant must provide documentation of provision of surgical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (applicants who completed training during the previous year must provide a training log).
