Position: Locum Tenens Gastroenterologist (Holiday Inpatient Call Coverage)

- Coverage Type: 24-Hour Inpatient Call Coverage Only (Inpatient Consults, Rounding, & Hospital Transfers)
- Shift Window: December 25, 2026 – January 1, 2027 (7:00 AM start; 7 continuous days of 24-hour call over Christmas/New Year's)
Clinical Scope & Support Staff
- Procedural Requirement: Must be fully ERCP trained and proficient
- Clinical Responsibilities: Rounding on inpatients, handling emergency GI consults, and managing acute hospital-to-hospital transfers
- Support Model: Physician is supported by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), a dedicated rounding nurse, and the hospital GI care team
Qualifications & Mandatory Submission Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Gastroenterology
- Licensure & Registrations: Active Indiana State Medical License, Indiana CSR (Controlled Substance Registration), and Active DEA
