Position: Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist
Location: Eureka, CA
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Credentialing Timeline: Standard Facility Privileging (Privileges document attached)
?Schedule, Shifts & Compensation Structure
- Coverage Expectation: Ongoing coverage for 1–2 weeks per month (Must be willing to work nights and weekends)
- Shift Volume Requirement: 5–7 shifts per month minimum commitment
- Shift Structures:
- Onboarding Phase: Providers complete a few weeks of day shifts alongside perm staff prior to joining the night rotation
- OB Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM: In-house
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: On-call
- Evening (2) Shift (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM):
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: In-house
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: On-call
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Status: Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
- Licensure: Active California State Medical License & Active DEA required
