Requirements & Qualifications
- State License: Active Arkansas (AR) Medical License
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE within 5 years of residency completion)
- Life Support Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeline: ~90 Days
Clinical Scope & Support Staff
- Core Duties: Inpatient rounding plus call coverage.
- Support Staff: Mid-levels and residents perform a majority of bedside procedures, though the attending provider must be proficient in all standard ICU procedures if intervention is needed.
- Call Support: Support staff assists with call coverage during daytime hours.
