Requirements & Credentials

• Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
• Life Support Certification: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure: Active Arkansas (AR) license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• EMR System: Epic
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
