Credentialing Timeline: ~60 Days (Temporary privileges available for clean files only)
??CRITICAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS (CLEAN FILE MANDATE)
- Active Licensing: Must possess an active Alaska State Medical License (with an active Alaska DEA in place prior to start).
- Zero Malpractice / Board Actions: Candidate MUST have a 100% clean background. Any history of settlements, DUIs, drug issues, license restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions will result in immediate disqualification.
Schedule & Shift Coverage
- Coverage Type: Inpatient 24-Hour Beeper Call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Confirmed Block 1: Oct 20 (0700) – Nov 4 (0700)
- Confirmed Block 2: Nov 18 (0700) – Dec 2 (0700)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery required
- Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
- Licensure: Active Alaska State Medical License & Alaska DEA
