Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in North Carolina

Consider this rewarding Full Time Hematology and Oncology locums position in Asheboro, NC, paying $500 Hourly! The hospital is seeking an experienced provider to provide coverage for their ongoing needs.

Start Date: December 1, 2024

Coverage Type: Scheduled + Call

Schedule Details: 8am - 5pm – Call 1:2 ratio

Requirements: 

• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology (Can be certified in medical oncology only with years of experience treating hematology patients an option): REQUIRED
• Active NC State License ONLY ( Not willing to accept other licenses due to expedited credentialing): REQUIRED
• Minimum of 5+ years as an Oncology Physician: REQUIRED 

Work Details: 

• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: EPIC
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20 patients per day, 2 to 3 new patients per day
• Patient Age Group: 18 + Up
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
