Interventional Cardiology Locum Opportunity in Idaho

Medical Center Nampa is looking for an Interventional Cardiologist to fill their need!

Schedule:

• Call coverage ONLY (No Clinic)
• Current Coverage Needed: 24 hour call
• 12/2 (7a) - 12/8 (7a)
• 12/23 (7a) - 1/5 (7a)
• 1/22 (7a) - 1/28 (7a)
• 2/18 (7a) - 2/24 (7a)
• 3/19 (7a) - 3/25 (7a) 
• 4/16 (7a) - 4/21 (7a)

Details:

• Inpatient only
• Patient volume varies - 3 consults per day, 2 procedures per day
• Trauma level II
• 18 ICU beds, 18 tele beds, and 10 CMU beds
• APP support - APP's- M-F 1-2 APP's are staffed during the day, weekends- 1 APP for 5 hours/day
• Interventional cardiology procedures required
• TEE's would be highly preferred. Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR are important.
• STEMI volumes vary greatly. In 2020 they averaged 3 STEMI activations per week

• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified Interventional Cardiology and either Internal Med BC or Cardiovascular Disease BC - [REQUIRED] - No exceptions
• Active ID license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice and no background - [REQUIRED]
• Local candidates, no flights - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - [REQUIRED] - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear
• Must be able to cover most/all of these open dates - [REQUIRED]
