Hospital is looking for a locum Anesthesiologist to start ASAP, JULY-ongoing, for 1.5-2 weeks per month!
??Mon-Fri with some nights and weekends
50-60hrs per week with calls
50 hours per week guaranteed. Guarantees do not apply to weeks with RTO.
Call:
In-House Weeknights (1500-0700) – 1-2 nights per month with next day PC, and pre-shift Pre-Call
In-House Weekend (Either Fri 1500-0700 and Sun 0700-0700 or Sat 0700-0700) – 1 weekend per month
- Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia
- No Cardiac/Complex Peds/Transplants
- Must be comfortable performing own cases or working in Supervising / Care Team Model
- Credentialing timeframe is roughly 60-90 days but we can have your physician ready for July if you can submit them ASAP this week!
Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certs
- All medical licenses
- DEA
- Board Certification
- Life support cards- BLS
- Current and previous certificates of insurance
- Driver’s license
- Professional color photo/headshot
- CMEs for the past 2 years
- Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
