We are seeking one final Board Eligible Psychiatrist to complete an inpatient behavioral health team in Missouri. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday role designed for consistency.
Schedule Note: This is not a 7-on/7-off rotation. Please do not submit applications requesting a 7-on/7-off format; the facility requires a standard weekday schedule to ensure clinical continuity.
?Clinical Schedule & Workload
- Primary Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour paid day, 30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Volume Expectation: Expect a steady inpatient footprint, averaging roughly 20–22 shifts per month.
- Call Profile: No nights, and no overnight pager responsibilities. * Overtime Policy: Any anticipated overtime requires strict prior approval from leadership before being worked.
- EMR: Epic.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Missouri (MO) Medical License or an active IMLC assignment-ready status.
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE accepted if within 5 years of completing residency).
- Life Support: Active BLS certification.
- Submission Asset: Presentations must include the provider's specific open availability dates.
