Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Stat date: May 22-31

Schedule: 24hr call 7a-7a

Setting: Acute Care, Level 2 Trauma Center (acts as a Level 1)

Duties: ED call, rounds, and consultations

Required Procedures:

EMR: Cerner Care B

Support Staff: Hospital has hospital-based APPs that support the ortho-spine service line. Hospital has a separate call panel for neurosurgery.

Submission Requirements

**!!MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS!!**

Board Certified – Required
Active CA License – Required
Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Fellowship trained in Ortho Trauma is REQUIRED!
DEA during credentialing, Current CA fluoroscopy permit REQUIRED at submission!
Malpractice – Clean Preferred

Availability at time of name clear – Required
